A useful starting point
Define whether the campaign targets residents, tourists, businesses or overseas investors. Dubai is an emirate in the UAE, not a separate country.
Audience and market fit
Map actual coverage across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other relevant emirates. Show appointment availability and service boundaries. Do not create fictional local branches for search visibility.
Channel planning
Prepare English and Arabic journeys where the audience requires them. Right-to-left layout, phone formats and message routing need testing. For high-value services, agree qualification criteria before buying lead volume.
Conversion and operations
Assign a response owner for UAE business hours. Review budget fit, timeline and service eligibility in the sales handoff. Keep AED reporting separate from other currencies and verify campaign claims with the responsible business owner.
What to measure
- Attended appointments
- Qualified consultations
- Accepted opportunities
What your market brief should contain
Share your exact offer, ideal customer, available languages, service coverage and existing sales process. Include evidence from earlier campaigns and the conversion you want to improve. The brief should identify unresolved launch requirements, not conceal them behind a revenue forecast.
Before launch, agree the baseline, reporting period and decision owner. Review customer quality and fulfilment alongside channel metrics. An inexpensive click or enquiry is not useful when the next step cannot be delivered.
